53 Park Place is a luxury apartment building in New York City's Tribeca neighborhood. The building is part of a rental complex called Tribeca House, which also includes the combined and attached building – 50 Murray Street.

In 2000, The Sapir Organization leased the entire property to World Wide Group and later converted the units to high-end rentals. In 2014, The Sapir Organization repurchased the ground lease for $231M and assumed full control of the properties. This was followed by a full sale of the fee interest to Clipper Equity later that year for $559M.
