The Sapir Organization Announces the Signing of 4,876 Square Foot Lease Extension at 261 Madison Avenue
"In midtown's incredibly hot market we are pleased to extend Crowley Tar's lease and retain them in a building with an incredible tenant roster which also includes Primedia, Target Health, AFTRA, GL Consultants and United Staffing," said Alex Sapir.

This location offers exceptional office space in today's commercial real estate market," said Ricky Kramer of Newmark Knight Frank who is one of the brokers representing Crowley Tar in the lease. The tenant was also represented by Ken Kronstadt of Newmark Knight Frank.
