Mr. Charles Hillock serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the Sapir Organization, overseeing the organization's finance, accounting, tax, human resources, and corporate capital markets functions. Before joining Sapir in 2015, Mr. Hillock was with Mastercard for 23+ years, serving the last ten (10) years as Global Executive Vice President of Corporate Finance. During his tenure with Mastercard, the firm grew from break-even to $2.3B in net income (on $5.5B of gross revenue). Charles co-led the negotiations, merger, and integration of the European payment company “Europay” into Mastercard in 2002. He was a vital team member who managed the MasterCard Initial Public Offering (IPO) 2006. Before Mastercard Mr. Hillock worked for National Securities and Research Corp. and graduated from New York University with a degree in Corporate Finance. In addition to his duties with the Sapir Organization, Charles founded and co-owns a sports training company with his family that utilizes patented methods combined with leading-edge technology and equipment to enable athletes to gain a competitive advantage in their given sport.
