The ground-up redevelopment transformed the existing century-old 12-story office building into a 27-story 350 foot tall luxury hotel in SoHo. A row of towering topiaries under steel arches adjoining a glass enclosed greenhouse provides a passageway from Crosby Street into the restaurant, bar and lobby.
